Children's Fund was created in 1986 and is the non-profit member
of the San Bernardino County Children's Network. Our purpose
is to call to action private businesses, non-profit organizations,
and concerned citizens to form a public/private partnership.
This partnership provides Children's Fund an administrative
overhead from the County so that every dollar raised by the
fund goes directly to a child in need. The support of the San
Bernardino County Board of Supervisors is critical to helping
us meet our mission.
We believe that children everywhere are our greatest challenge
and our greatest hope for the future. The neglected, abused,
and disturbed children of today run the risk of becoming the
chronically dependent or dysfunctional adults of tomorrow.
